Gervais Bond Construction Update - August 2025
We’re making exciting progress across our schools, thanks to your support of the bond! Here’s the latest:
Elementary School
Exterior work is 100% complete
Ceiling work will wrap up by the end of August
Middle School
Subcontractor bids received August 5th and presented to the School District
Early excavation work begins mid-September
High School
Roofing work completed this summer
Sheet metal work done by the end of August
Looking Ahead to September
Elementary School – Punch list and demobilizing until next summer’s construction
Middle School – Early grading and ground improvements begin
High School – Punch list and demobilizing until next summer’s construction
