Gervais Bond Construction Update - July 2025
Elementary School
• Demolition of the existing roof is complete
• Installation of new shingles is progressing
• New classroom ceiling installation has started
• Roofing is on track to finish ahead of schedule!
Middle School
• Pre-bid meeting for early work package was on July 16th and subcontractor bids are due August 5th
• Early excavation work to start middle of September
• Stay tuned for a groundbreaking ceremony on September 10th!
High School
• Roofing demolition is complete on the classroom wing and the new gym
• New roofing on the classroom wing complete by end of July
• Gym roof will be complete by middle of August
Looking ahead to August
Elementary School
• Finish roofing and siding repairs
• Finishing ceiling and lighting upgrades in classrooms
Middle School
• Present early work grading and utility package to School District
• Prepare for groundbreaking ceremony on September 10th
High School
Finish up the remainder of the roof replacement project
