Gervais Bond Construction Update | March 2026
Construction progress is continuing across Gervais schools, and exciting changes are taking shape at every campus. From a new elementary entry and middle school addition to high school renovations, each project is helping create safer, more functional, and more modern learning spaces for students and staff.
Elementary School
Construction is moving forward on the new elementary school entry.
The project team is currently installing a new electrical service to the school and has begun demolishing the existing front entry. In April, work will continue on the new entrance, including an ADA-accessible ramp and stairs. The team will also begin remodeling the administration office and secure entry area.
Coming Next
Finish improvements to the existing building this summer, including restrooms, classrooms, and special education spaces.
Middle School
Work on the new middle school addition is underway, and the foundation is taking shape.
This month, the team poured the footings. The new building will include a cafeteria, kitchen, library, administration center, and classrooms.
Coming Next
Foundation work and framing will continue in April.
Gervais High School
The project team continues work on renovations to the existing gym.
This includes updates to the locker rooms and the conversion of an existing storage area into a new weight room. Demolition is underway, and new finishes will follow. The new weight room will include an overhead door overlooking the ballfields, along with updated locker room facilities.
Coming Next
Renovations to the existing restrooms, administration area, library, art classroom, culinary classroom, and science classrooms are scheduled for this summer.
