🏗️ Gervais Construction Update: August

August was a big one. Crews put in serious hours to get summer projects wrapped before the first bell, and by the end of the month, more than $4 million of work was in the books. Here's where things stand:

Elementary & High School: the home stretch 🎉

Every area of the project is in final trim out. Exterior painting is 85% done and should hit 100% in the next couple of weeks. Punch list walkthroughs have started, with site clean-up and demobilization right behind. Translation: we're close.

Middle School: building by building 🔨

Building 1 is being handed over. Over at Building 4, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in is 80% complete, and the roof and windows are going in. Polished concrete, site utilities, and curbs? Done. In September, look for paving, site concrete, drywall, and more exterior siding.
