Gervais Construction Update | July 2026

Exciting progress continues across Gervais School District! Here is the latest look at construction happening at the elementary, middle, and high schools.

Elementary School

Exterior Siding is nearing completion, with remaining building envelope work and final exterior details in progress. Landscaping at the front entrance is underway. Interior work continues with classroom trim, bathroom tile, drywall, painting, and flooring installation progressing as areas become available. Trade coordination remains ongoing to maintain the schedule and prepare for final inspections.

Middle School

Structural framing is nearing completion, while roofing and MEP rough-in continue in finished framing areas. Installation of the weather-resistant barrier and window frames is progressing, advancing the building envelope. Site concrete work is expected to begin within the next two weeks, pending site readiness and weather.

High School

Final wall framing and MEP rough-in are progressing, with drywall installation expanding throughout locker rooms, science labs, and restrooms. Interior finishes are beginning, including flooring installation in the new weight room. Trade coordination continues to support project progress and prepare completed areas for inspections and finishing work.
